You can find your card information on the front and back of your credit card.

Your card number is the 16 digit number on the frontside of your card.
Your expiring date do you find under your card number – month/year.
Your security code (CVC) is the 3 digit number on the back at your signature line.

Stripe is a safe online shopping system. All information is encrypted using SSL.

Mobilepay is only accessible in Denmark.
Please use number 12345 and enclose order ID.

Coupon codes can be used to obtain a special offer.

The offers will vary and be available for a given period only.

The coupon code can be entered directly in your cart in the field “Coupon Code”.

Coupon codes will be available on wemakeposters website, Facebook, Instagram or in various point of sale materials.

When you have placed your order at the check out – you will receive an order confirmation in your mail box.

Please refer to your order number if you have questions about your order.

We offer free delivery within the following countries:

Denmark
Sweden
Germany
Netherlands

GLS is our carrier of choice.

Orders will be handled on weekdays before 10:00 CET.

All other orders will be handled within 24 hours.

No deliveries will be made during weekends: Saturday-Sunday.

Our carrier GLS do not make deliveries on weekends.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with T&T for your shipment.

Please go to your domestic GLS carrier page to track your shipment using the T&T code in your email.

We will handle your case as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days from receiving your mail.

return and exchange

According to Danish Law – you have 14 days upon receiving your order.

wemakeposters do not cover any shipping costs on returns.

Returns are only accepted when products are unharmed and resealable. Products that are broken will not be accepted – and return payments for such products will not be made.

To ensure a safe return wemakeposters suggest reusing the container the product was received in.

wemakeposters do not accept any responsibility for returns damaged or lost by shipping companies. This will be for the customer to take up with the shipping company.

wemakeposters only wish for happy customers, so if you have a complaint or other questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We always try to find a solution acceptable to all parties.

If a wrong product has been delivered to you wemakeposters accept full responsibility.

We will send your correct order at no charge.

wemakeposters will decide on a case to case basis whether the wrongfully delivered product must be returned to us. No cost of returns in this scenario will fall on the customer.

Please note wemakeposters will refer to the placed order at any time, and we will demand photo verification of the wrongfully delivered product.
